Music Theory

Today we submitted our music booklets with a paper which we wrote on (reflection) Our teacher today was Mr Sadrakh as a substitute because Mr. Hary was absent. We checked the things that needed to be done. :)

Music Theory: Today we were introduced to the finale program. It was a cool program because it provides a lot of features. It could produce notes, make chords and play it. I would probably download/install it from the computer.

Piano Class: Today in piano, we played our composed compositions with the beats. I didn't do quite well because I got messed up with the beats and the chords. I will try to make it better by looking and reviewing.

Music Theory

Today we reviewed about our assessments because there were changes in due dates and pages. I think I need to make 10 more pages to because the requirements were changed to 20 pages instead of 10 pages.

Piano Class

We did 8 lined notes for piano. It was quite a fun topic because if we were finished, the teacher would play the composition in the piano.

Music Theory
Today we made 4 lines with 4 bars with 4 beats. Each group has to make one composition. I think I need to practice on making my notes so that it could sound nicer.

Piano
Today we did 8 bars of different scales. We also need to do homework on our B scales. It was quite fun when testing it out.. :)

Music Theory

Today we reviewed our submission dates for projects. We also did our 4 by 4 notations. We need to make a melody using the 4 by 4 rule.

Piano Class

In piano class, we reviewed our notations and playing with scales. The teacher also made us learn the scales. I need to practice my scales and my hand posture.

MUSIC THEORY :Today, I learned about the rests and beats known in a type of note. I will improve this knowledge by reviewing it. We also reviewed on 4 by 4 beats in a bar or it can also be said as 4/4.
PIANO: Today I got some advice from Mr. Heri to fix my posture and to cut my finger nails (this to fix the way I tap the piano). I also need to practice mu scales because it's not very good/clear.:p

I learned about intervals and why are sharps put into scales and the basic formula for intervals.

At music we practiced singing songs. I learned that we should do warm ups to increase our sing ranges.

January 26 2012
Today we had to present our songs with our partners. My partner and I chose the song " Tujuh Belas Agustus". I think that this is the improvements that I need to make so that I could get a better score next time. I think that I have to sing louder to provide a clearer and better sound.

Today we did a redo on the music songs. People who got lower than the average had to do a redo to increase their current songs.
Piano: This was our first time to do an audition since the number of members were above the maximum.
